A Little About Me
I’m here because I want to help. I believe in a solution-focused approach to both life and leadership, and I’m driven by a vision: to help humanity discover accessible, effective ways to break the ongoing cycle of illness. One of the guiding principles in my life is the idea of individualized solutions—the belief that every person deserves a path to healing that honors their unique story.
I truly believe that with a clear and healthy vision, we can move beyond the trials of the past and step into the future with renewed optimism. As Stephen Covey once said, vision, purpose, commitment, and meaning are “timeless principles.” I wholeheartedly agree—and I’ve seen firsthand how violating these principles results in “natural consequences” like disconnection from body, mind, spirit, and community.
On a personal note, I’m a homeschooling wife and mother to four beautiful children. I’m actively involved in our local homeschool community, and beyond that, I co-own a behavior analytic company that serves children with Autism and Developmental Disabilities.
My journey into alternative healing began with personal struggle. Five years ago, I discovered I was suffering from mold toxicity, a turning point that revealed both the vulnerability and the resilience of my body and my mind. It all began after the birth of my youngest daughter. I woke up one morning covered in a severe full-body rash, barely able to open my eyes. A few months into searching for answers, I remember telling my husband, “Matt, there is something living inside my body, and it’s not good.” He asked, “Are the kids okay, Jen?”—and I had to reply honestly, “I don’t know.” That conversation marked the beginning of my healing journey.
Now, as I step more fully into this community and reflect on my path, I’m not surprised to find myself here.
My passion for the human body, mind, and spirit runs deep. I feel privileged to play even a small part in the journey that is human healing. I see it as both a gift and a responsibility to explore the talents God has given me—and to bring them to life in service of others.
For me, challenge is the spice of life. I love to learn, especially through connection and collaboration. At my core, I’m a people person—passionate, purpose-driven, and always curious.
